For hotels

The room your guests talk about after they leave.

The Smart Access Mirror (SAM) turns the one surface every guest already walks up to into the place they get answers, find the neighbourhood, and settle in.

01  Guest experience

Stays people write about

Arrival that is ready before they are, answers at any hour, and a neighbourhood laid out for them by you rather than by an algorithm.

02  Local revenue

A second line, already in the room

Partner listings and offers in front of guests at the moment they decide what to do with the evening, on terms you approve.

03  Front desk load

Requests that route themselves

Structured, tagged, and pointed at whoever is on shift, with escalation when a threshold passes and a record of every step.

What guests notice

Reviews turn on two things

Whether the property felt easy, and whether a guest found something good nearby. SAM works on both, in the three moments that decide it.

The first five minutes

The room is ready before they are

Lighting, temperature, and a calm welcome are in place when the door opens. Parking, door codes, and stay details sit on the glass instead of a printed card nobody reads.

No staff walk-through needed ahead of check in.

The whole stay

Answers at 2am without a phone call

Checkout time, pool hours, the wifi password, an extra pillow. A guest gets an answer immediately, which is the difference between a minor question and a line in a review.

Requests take two taps, and guests can see the status without calling down.

The evening out

The neighbourhood, not the search engine

Dinner, events, and walking times for the street your property sits on, curated by you. Guests leave feeling like they saw the area rather than the inside of a hotel.

No account and no download, and everything cleared at checkout.

A new line, already in the room

Local partners will pay to be in front of your guests

Restaurants, venues, and operators near you want to reach guests at the moment they are deciding what to do with the evening. SAM makes that placement possible without turning the room into an advertisement.

You approve everything

Partner submissions come to you before they appear. Approve, reject with a reason, or switch a whole category off without downtime.

Capped and clearly marked

Placement, duration, and frequency are set per property. Promotional content is always identified and never lands on top of a guest request.

Measured, not guessed

Views, taps, and dwell time by content and time of day, exportable for the conversations you have with partners about renewal.

$278.9B on food
$242.3B on lodging

Of what travellers spent in the United States that year, more went to food than to lodging, and fine dining ranked among the top five leisure activities. That decision gets made in the room, and until now it got made on a phone with no connection to your property or the businesses around it.

At the front desk

The path one request takes

Every request arrives structured, tagged, and pointed at whoever is actually on shift.

01 Request

Two taps in the room

The options a guest sees are the ones you actually offer at that hour, filtered by room type and location.

02 Routing

Rules, not code

Time of day, day of week, and request type decide where it lands. Staffed and after hours follow different paths.

03 Notify

Right person, right channel

Email, SMS, or dashboard by role. Duplicates suppressed, delivery confirmed, failures retried.

04 Escalate

Nothing sits unanswered

Past a response threshold it moves to a broader or more senior group. Acknowledgement stops the chain.

05 Record

Every step logged

Category, location, timestamp, actor, status. Auditable for review and useful for staffing decisions.

Fits what you already run

Connects to your stack, and runs without it

Integrations are modular and optional. Enable them per property, switch them off without redeployment, and if one goes down the mirror keeps working and guests keep getting answers.

Property management
Opera, Mews, and comparable systems. Stay dates, room assignment, and check in and check out events, so the mirror knows whose room it is in and when to wipe itself.
Point of sale
Micros, Square. Anything ordered from the room reaches the same system your staff already work in, with item detail, location, and timestamp.
CRM and loyalty
Guest preferences and membership status, retrieved only where consent allows and cached only for the length of the stay.
Booking
Spa and activity providers, handed off from the mirror to the provider’s own flow rather than rebuilt inside it.
Building systems
HVAC, lighting, and access control where your infrastructure supports it. Read only unless you explicitly configure otherwise.
Monitoring
Noise and occupancy alerts routed to the room itself, with escalation phases you define.
In your hands

Your property, your rules

Behaviour set by context

Time, occupancy, room type, and location decide how a unit behaves, so a lobby mirror and a suite are not running the same script.

Roles that match your org chart

SuperAdmin, admin, operator, and support. The night desk sees what it needs and nothing else, and every action is attributable.

Rollouts that do not interrupt

Firmware, configuration, and content go out in stages with rollback available, and never in the middle of an occupied night.

Your identity, not ours

Branding, content, and quiet hours are configuration rather than custom development, across one property or a hundred.

Risk and compliance

Guest data that does not linger

Cleared at checkout

Guest identifiers, preferences, and cached content are removed at departure automatically, and the clearance itself is logged and auditable.

Consent by architecture

Personalisation is opt in, defaults sit at the most restrictive setting, and consent is checked before any personal data is used or displayed.

Accessible by default

ADA and WCAG 2.1 across both guest and administrative interfaces, with multi language support configured per property.

Isolated by property

Data boundaries are enforced at the platform level. One property cannot reach another’s guest data, and attempts are logged.

Next step

Start with a Property Fit Assessment

We look at your rooms, your systems, and the businesses around you, then show you what SAM would do at your property specifically rather than in the abstract.

Would rather see the guest experience first? We can book a walkthrough and run the assessment afterwards.
